Parents As Partners is a source of information and support for Caritas St. Elizabeth Medical Center (CSEMC) Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

This site is dedicated to those who are:

• parents of a baby who has spent time in the NICU.
• expected to deliver prematurely and are looking for support from people who have been in your position.
• Staff Members who would like to see positive changes implemented in the NICU to help raise the level of care to even higher standards.

All babies are miracles, yet for some people, becoming a parent means traveling down a particularly bumpy road.

Parents As Partners is a group with an atmosphere of support and friendship, where many topics are discussed, including all aspects of the NICU, adjusting to life after the NICU, coping with diagnoses, Early Intervention, school, and parenting issues.

With an emphasis on creating the best the NICU experience (and beyond) for all involved, we have gathered a diverse group of professionals and parents to address these many different areas.
